    So so good as always! Shake shack never disappoints and this location was great! The food was great! However, the staff aren’t the best. Everyone else had food delivery at the tables apart from us which was kind of odd. Customer service should be worked on a little more but overall it’s a fast food joint and the food was great! Definitely recommend the shake obviously, and the truffle fries!

    They make some of the best burgers out there but at this visit it was not up to same caliber. The place was pretty busy but no one was wiping tables and they were dirty. Staff was standing around so they easily could have wiped tables. You can only order via an order touch station and the wait was long as a large group of young people took them all over and it became social hour when ordering. No one from the staff offered to take an order while the line grew. The burger was not hot and there was way too much sauce, not the norm. When they deliver your food they weren’t friendly and even said a word. Counters should have been cleaner. Sadly won’t be back tothis location.

    I’ve been to this Shake Shack location a few times over the past year, and unfortunately, the quality and operations have been consistently disappointing. My most recent visit was the worst yet—I received a burger that was severely undercooked, with parts that were literally raw. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, they rudely dismissed it, saying, ‘I heard your burger was a little underdone,’ which completely downplayed the severity of the issue.Additionally, this location frequently forgets items in the order, which is incredibly frustrating when you only realize it after getting all the way home. This place clearly has major quality control and operational issues, and I would advise checking your order carefully before leaving. It’s disappointing to see this level of service and food preparation from a chain I usually enjoy.

    I have to mention the wait to start with. This place was brutal for how long it took to get the food.After ordering, it took us minutes (!!) to get our food. This is a fast food place. I know there might be a lot of customers, but that's just ridiculousAs far as the burger, I got the Carolina BBQ Burger - one of their specialty LTO options. It was an interesting concept - but the execution was pretty bad in this caseThe patty itself was fine - somewhat dry - but also not the worst and it was seasoned fine. Also, the amount of peppers added a decent touch.I guess the cheese was ok, but it was melted weirdly; only in some parts and missing from othersEverything else about the burger, though, was not good. The buns were way too soft, and felt like they weren't even toasted at all. The sauce did not taste like barbeque sauce at all. I'm pretty sure the fried pickles were straight up missing from my burger.The worst part, by far, though, was the bacon. This was the worst bacon I think I've ever been served at a food place. It was flat, incredibly dry, chewy, and completely tasteless. Seriously, how do you get to a point where this is the bacon that's being served in your food?I've been to other Shake Shack's, and I've liked their product significantly more than what I've found here. Avoid this place if you canOh yeah, it's also way overpriced as well.Overall, a pretty bad burger at an expensive price point. /
